Information You Enter
A name, phone number, or address typed into a search box is sent to the third-party provider that supplies the results. The site’s own servers do not keep a copy of those search terms. If you email the operators, the message and contact details it contains are visible for the purpose of replying.
Automatic Visit Data
Hosting systems may record an IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. Aggregate information can show whether a Logan records page loads or needs repair. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics or advertising measurement where those services are used.
How Information Is Used
Visit data is used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the reference. Messages are used to answer the sender. The operators do not sell visitor lists or create individual profiles from the Logan directory searches described here.
External Services and Links
Pages link to Cache County, Logan City, Utah court, election, vital, licensing, archive, library, USPS, and other resources. Each external service controls its own collection and privacy practices. The sponsored search provider has its own policy, and submitting information there is governed by that provider.
Who Can Receive Data
Hosting and support providers may process ordinary server logs. Analytics or advertising partners may receive automatic visit data. Information can be disclosed when valid legal process requires it. It is not otherwise shared as a visitor list.
Security and Retention
The site is intended to run over an encrypted connection. Logs are kept only as long as the operational purposes above require. There are no user accounts, passwords, or resident-record profiles stored by this reference.
Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. The operators do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian who believes a minor sent information may use the contact route to request deletion.
Your Utah Data Choices
Where it applies, the Utah Consumer Privacy Act, Utah Code Title 13, Chapter 61, may provide rights such as access, deletion, portability, or opting out of targeted advertising or sale. Scope and exemptions matter, and the Act is not a universal deletion method for public records held by Logan, Cache County, or Utah agencies. Because this site keeps little visitor data, requests usually involve checking the contact mailbox and relevant logs. Use the Contact page. Requests about a government record belong with its custodian.
Changes to This Policy
