Private reference, not a custodian. Logan Residents Directory cannot pull records, certify copies, confirm who lives at an address, or remove a person from a roll. For an emergency, call 911. If you face stalking or harassment, contact local law enforcement.
Choose the Right Record Route
Questions about Logan records go to the agency that created or maintains them. The directory pages can help narrow the record type, but they cannot replace the custodian.

What to Include in a Request
Utah GRAMA requests should identify the records officer and describe the record with reasonable specificity. Give the agency a record type, date range, address, case or permit number, and preferred format. A request for “all records about a person” is not a useful substitute for naming the record that is needed. Agencies may charge actual costs, ask for clarification, or withhold private, protected, controlled, sealed, or otherwise exempt material.
The Utah GRAMA FAQ describes a response framework of up to ten business days and an appeal route to the chief administrative officer within 30 days. Logan’s code points written appeals to the Mayor’s Office at 290 N 100 W. Ask for a fee estimate before a broad search. For a Cache Sheriff incident or traffic report, the records office lists a $10 copy route, a completed request/notarization form for remote requests, active-report clearance limits, and 60-day pickup limits for unclaimed copies.
